Your role

Iluka is seeking a Graduate Exploration Geologist to join their team! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a comprehensive two-year graduate program. The program is designed to empower and enable graduates to make a real difference at Iluka and positively impact their careers.

With the support of experienced teams providing guidance and mentorship, the program offers graduates the best possible experience to further develop their existing knowledge and skills. The program also provides the opportunity to work in various locations across Australia.

The program will commence in February 2025.

About you

Qualifications:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Geology or equivalent
• Flexibility to travel and reside in various locations within Australia
• Hold a current and valid Australian C Class driver's Licence
• Possess strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills including influencing and decision making
