• Annual leave: Illumina Australia offers paid annual leave to employees who have worked for Illumina for at least 90 days. Non-shift and 12-hour–shift employees are entitled to 21 days and 14 days of leave, respectively
• Statutory paid public holidays, in accordance with prevailing government-published holidays
• 2 days of optional volunteer paid time off per year
