Your role

A full-time 12-month contract position is available for a Production Technician at the Mount Waverley site. This role is rostered Monday to Friday, with shifts from just before 10 am to 6 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm (Mon - Thurs) and 1 pm to 9 pm (Friday), allowing ample time to pursue personal interests. You will be provided with extensive and ongoing training, and on a daily basis will be responsible for the:

  • Picking raw materials
  • Decontamination of materials
  • Printing labels and batch documents
  • Compounding/mixing products in the cleanroom
  • Checking, packing and labelling the final product
  • Ensuring completion of documentation

About you

This is a compounding/production role in a sterile manufacturing environment so Icon is looking for a candidate that has:

  • Experience in a compounding role or cleanroom environment is highly regarded.
  • Candidates with a recent Science degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Formal qualifications are not essential; extensive training will be provided.
  • Focus is on working efficiently, and accurately, and ensuring high product quality.
  • Candidates should have an eye for detail and meticulous record-keeping skills.
