The Women in Banking Scholarship and Winter Internship will provide its recipient with:

  • A scholarship grant of $5,000 will be paid upon completion of their studies for the 2024 year, a Winter Internship during the 2024 mid-year break and a guaranteed spot in the ICA Summer Intern Program for 2024/25.
  • If the candidate receives an offer at the end of the Summer Intern Program to join the ICA Partners Graduate Program for 2026, the candidate will receive a further $5,000 upon their commencement of employment with ICA as a Graduate.
