Your Role   

We run a rotational program where you’ll be exposed to: 

  • Corporate Affairs – Managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including media, and developing and executing multi-brand content programs in support of advocacy efforts.  
  • Government Relations – Providing a deep understanding of public policy, political and regulatory landscapes and global issues and their implications on business operations. 
  • Sustainability – Building climate and disaster resilience and supporting the climate transition in our products and operations, and through partners and suppliers, to protect customers and communities.

As a Communications Graduate in our PP&R division, you’ll have exposure to a range of Corporate Affairs leaders and people. Key responsibilities in your role could include: 

  • Be closely involved in multi-brand content strategy development and execution
  • Amplify our advocacy campaigns across owned platforms and channels to key stakeholder audiences including customers, employees, investors and media
  • Develop written materials to support corporate communications and sustainability team initiatives

Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

Requirements   

  • A university degree or higher (from 2023-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2025 – Communications, Media, Public Relations
  • A credit average achievement (65%+), and
  • Are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
