What can you expect?

The programme provides you with the knowledge, exposure and skillset on which successful banking careers are built. Working within the Coverage teams, the programme is fast-paced and collaborative and will provide you the opportunity to partner with leading industry professionals.

Throughout the program you will be:

  • Working on local and international large-scale complex transactions
  • Interacting with regional and global stakeholders and supporting financial and institutional clients across a full spectrum of products and services
  • Working in tight-knit deal teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of a transaction, including analysing market data
  • Building financial models, creating pitch decks and attending client meetings
  • Providing some of the world’s largest companies with complex financial solutions
  • Building your experience, international network and professional career

About you

To be considered for their programme candidates must have:

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree with a Distinction average preferred
  • Be able to commence full-time employment in February 2025
  • Be either in your final year of university or have no more than 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Unique skills or experience or internships will be highly regarded
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency or full working rights

Career progression
