In addition to supporting our team with a variety of multimillion dollar Howden Projects both in Australia and South East Asia, you will be responsible for independently managing small to medium scale projects.

  • Provide technical support to site Service Engineers where required and support them with site specific documents.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed for all project activities to deliver the highest level of quality.

What do you need to bring?

You demonstrate a professional attitude in everything you do and are disciplined enough in order to stick to the required tasks and manage multiple priorities.

You’re confident working in an autonomous manner, whilst also being an enthusiastic team player, with the desire to help and support the team. You are an open communicator, with a flexible approach.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering related discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Mining or Aeronautical) within the last 12 months.
  • Be able to manage the project plans, the daily management board and risk matrix.
  • Be able to identify project risk and inform our Project Managers and the wider project team.
  • Ability to answer technical queries relating to the plant design across a broad range of engineering areas, from mechanical to electrical.
  • Determine the best engineering solution and most cost effective option for our customers’ requirements.
  • Have the ability to think proactively and independently to solve problems and think laterally to identify corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate well-developed analytical and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project.
