Your role

You will assist with the coordination and facilitation of tasks pertaining to the team member portal, ordering system, team member events, team member communications and general organisation of the Human Resources office as directed by the Director of Human Resources. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Assist with recruitment administration such as profile creation, creating welcome packs and collating legal documentation.
  • Handle email, telephone and in-person enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain the hotel's training records and liaise with management on departmental requirements.
  •  Drive recognition programs in the Hotel 
  • Lead Hotel communication via the monthly Calendar and quarterly newsletter
  • Assist in Proactive planning and implementation of Hilton strategies 
  • Preparation of special reports or projects, as requested
  • Attendance at all required meetings
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
  • Other duties as assigned by management
