Your role

In your new role as Finance Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career to a Finance Leadership role within two short years, while exploring Asia Pacific in a minimum of three (6 months) placements in various locations and positions. Your leadership skills will be developed through formal training, productive ‘on the job’ learning, and the benefit and support of a dedicated Senior Management mentor. You will also gain a sound understanding of all hotel operations through an effective cross-training program and have access to further your Accounting education as funded by the program. Three 6-month placements will be made between Australia and Maldives. Taskforce opportunities will be made available for a new opening hotel within Southeast Asia or Australia.

Career progression

At the end of the two-year program, you will graduate into a full-time Senior Finance role based on your performance throughout the program, at a location within APAC, as determined by business needs. (Preferences for final location are considered).

About you

Who they're looking for?

  • You are a driven and committed individual with a desire to become a finance leader within the hospitality industry.
  • You graduated, or intend to graduate, between 2021 - 2023 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Hospitality Management 
  • Flexibility to relocate to various locations across Asia Pacific for three, 6-month placements
  • Commitment to CPA Australia qualifications and development opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels of seniority
  • An enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail
