Your role

Property Internships:

• Each year, Hilton Australia selects rising undergraduate students from partner hospitality or hotel management schools for a property assignment based in a hotel or resort across the Asia Pacific Region. Property interns complete a general rotation through all areas of hotel operations and gain work experience in one of these disciplines:
• Finance / Accounting
• Food & Beverage
• Front Office, Rooms
• Sales / Event Services

Corporate Internships:

Students from esteemed MBA, Masters and Undergraduate programs are selected each year for their Corporate Internships based in Singapore and Shanghai. Select MBA, Masters and Undergrad candidates garner on-the-job corporate business experience at Hilton’s Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore, Greater China & Mongolia Regional office in Shanghai and India Regional Office in Gurgaon.

About you

Who they're looking for?

An extensive prior internship experience is not a requirement; however, they are looking for the following:

• Graduating students can take 6 months internship, 4-5 days per week
• Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe)
• Ability to set & maintain minimum standards
• Ability to analyse data and identify significant trends
• Warm, friendly & outgoing personality
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven
• Can work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Good presentation skills
