The regional Management Trainee Program in Asia Pacific aims to fast-track local young talent to entry-level manager positions in this fast-growing region. The 18-month program equips you with the hotel professional skills, and general hospitality knowledge required for you to excel at Hilton Australia. The program is done in various regions in Asia Pacific with slight variances that are unique to the region.

About you

Who they're looking for?

An extensive prior internship experience is not a requirement; however, they are looking for the following:

• Graduates that can take 6 months internship, 4-5 days per week
• Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe)
• Ability to set & maintain minimum standards
• Ability to analyse data and identify significant trends
• Warm, friendly & outgoing personality
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven
• Can work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Good presentation skills
