Due to the recent award of new projects, we are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Project Team based in Brisbane.

You will be responsible for managing the external and internal stakeholders, safe and on-time build schedules delivery, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work as per projects requirement.
This is a varied role with a high level of autonomy, key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Perform design desktop reviews to ensure buildability and safety in design, liaise with the SAED team and provide solutions as required.
  • Perform site visits, produce a build MOP and obtain stakeholders’ approval
  • Order materials and follow-up delivery status to meet the delivery targets
  • Arrange site access and submit outage requests for network elements in line with the schedule
  • Engage subcontractors and ensure they are compliant as per HighForce and client requirements
  • Review safety documents and liaise with QHSE Team for safe delivery of the schedule
  • Liaise and attend meetings with stakeholders to review and update all aspects of builds in progress and builds scheduled
  • Control time, cost, scope and quality during the entire build phase to ensure the best outcome for our clients
  • Proactively manage quality and rectifications as required
  • Provide support for the field team
  • Ensure handover documents are submitted on time and required follow-up to achieve delivery and billing objectives
  • Contribute to tender submission
