About Us

Do you want to join one of Australia’s fastest-growing firms? Do you believe in culture-led meritocracy, where your opportunities are only limited by your imagination and your potential will be nurtured and supported? If so, then Hamilton Locke is the firm you want to begin your legal career with!

Hamilton Locke is free from old, firm thinking. Our leaders are agile and collaborative, delivering a superior experience for our people and clients. Put simply, our environment allows our people to be the best version of themselves, which enables them to do their best work and ultimately makes our clients happy. This is win-win-win.

We are powered by our ‘people experience’ (PX), and we believe this delivers the best possible 'client experience' (CX). This means we are culture-led, operating with a clear purpose and values-driven leadership model, prioritising personal and professional development. With a clean sheet of paper, we have aligned structure and systems around our strategy. We provide our people with a collaborative environment and modern and integrated technology, allowing them to focus on their jobs without layers of bureaucracy.

Put simply, we have created a work environment based on respect, trust, development, collaboration, and innovation.

We put our people’s experience at the centre of everything we do. We are more than just a law firm.
