A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic, passionate  Food Science or similar discipline Graduate  to join our dynamic Quality team, which will allow you to develop and grow your career within the field. 

The main responsibilities are:

• Work with HR Department to ensure training documentation, induction  procedures are in place and compliant with legislation.
• Assist the implementation of organisational quality assurance and government initiatives.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor to develop tools and resources to support operations to undertaking audits and compliance assessments as part of core business activity.
• In conjunction with the Process Engineering team, champion the continuous improvement agenda and process within Hakka.
• Pro-active involvement in identifying quality issues by using root cause analysis.
• Ensure Batch Control and Batching process are correctly administered.
• Facilitate Customer requests for Quality support documentation.

Ideally, you shall have:

• Bachelor degree in Food Science or similar discipline.
• Understanding about food manufacturing process.
• Understanding of HACCP, SQF and related legislation.
• Adaptable and open minded.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Full work right in Australia.
