About the role

To support our rapid growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or Junior IT Administrator looking to get broad IT exposure to join our growing dynamic team.  The role will have the rare opportunity to be involved in IT projects including ERP, CRM, related business applications and reports through the system development life cycle from analysis and development through to testing and maintenance. 

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Provide first line support for all end user IT queries and support requests.
  • Install hardware and software and provide ongoing maintenance
  • Escalate IT queries and support requests to the IT Team Leader as required.
  • Manage the relationship with our Network Support Service Provider and other external provide。
  • Ensure the Business and related parties’ IT Users are adequately supported
  • Manage user accesses, including user account creation, deletion and permissions management
  • Manage IT assets and inventory including hardware, software and other IT supplies.
  • Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
  • Scope, manage and oversee implementation and rollout of IT related projects.
  • Ensure Hakka’s current and future telecommunications and IT needs are identified and managed effectively.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computers Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an IT role within a FMCG/Manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word including Excel Financial modelling
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Exact ERP Software, Qlikview, SSRS, Information Leader or similar web and cloud based technologies
  • Solid working knowledge in SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability coordinating and liaising with various IT service providers
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the hierarchy including with varying levels of English proficiency
  • Ability to develop constructive relationships with vendors and customers, both internal and external.
  • Contribute constructively and work co-operatively in a team environment.
  • Customer Service orientated.
  • Logical problem solver who thinks “outside the square”.
  • Personal initiative and drive.
  • Adaptable and open minded.
  • Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong ability to document procedures and policies and be proactive in doing so.
  • Strong ability to implement positive change to work practices.
  • Able to speak Cantonese or Mandarin will be advantageous.
