With the continued growth of the business, we are currently seeking for four Summer Interns to assist our Operational Excellent Project Team for a period of 9 weeks from 3rd Jan 2023 - 3rd Mar 2023. 

Experience you will gain:

  • Experience to manage a project as part of a broader team;
  • Perform time-and-motion studies of existing manufacturing processes;
  • Ensure Value Stream Maps are current and accurate;
  • Deepen existing theoretical knowledge of Lean principles in a mixed model manufacturing environment through practical application;
  • An opportunity to build on the experience gained during the Internship with a pathway into our Graduate Program, with potential to be offered with a permanent full-time position with the company.

The ideal graduate we are looking for:

  • A graduate or undergraduate entering their final year of study in an Engineering degree; those with Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineer degrees will be highly regarded
  • Basic computer skills including competence in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated skills in oral and written communication
  • Ability to work within a team or independently with good initiative
  • A basic understanding of Lean principles
  • Passion and interest in the food industry
  • An appreciation to work in a multilingual environment, particularly Chinese, would be advantageous.
