Your role

In the Graduate Engineering Program, you’ll gain valuable experience as you work across the business on meaningful and challenging projects that contribute to their organisational vision and the prosperity of the local community.

The Graduate Engineer provides technical engineering support and advice and is supported in the delivery of projects/tasks and activities which will develop your skills and enable you to sustainably and efficiently operate and maintain the assets to meet desired customer outcomes.

Training, development & rotations

Over the two-year program commencing in 2025, you’ll spend eight months in three different areas of their business giving you a well-rounded experience. You’ll learn from experienced mentors and be provided with continual training and support to help guide you towards your future career goals.

About you
