Your role

The Fresh Produce Group have a small IT team with large exposure across the business. The company has a flat structure with an open-plan office layout, meaning you will work closely alongside the entire team and other key staff gaining mentorship, knowledge, and experience.

This role is principally responsible for providing first-level technical support. Based at the Sydney Markets Head Office you will be a key member of the IT Team. The main responsibilities will include: 

• Being the first point of contact for technical support for their users across the business
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile and smart devices
• Assist with the setup and allocation of equipment and user accounts, including packaging and shipping equipment to our various locations.
• Providing support on Office 365 and other software
• Work closely with vendors and team members to resolve complex issues and organise resources across different sites
• Continually increase understanding of the organisation’s business management system and program specifications
• Ensuring you maintain your knowledge of current technologies and trends

About you

This role will be best suited to a recent IT Graduate with a lot of initiative and eagerness to learn. In addition, you should have:

• Tertiary qualification (or studying) in IT or a related area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Good understanding of current software and hardware technologies and trends, including cloud computing
• Strong organisation, analytical and prioritising skills
