About the Role - Key Responsibilites

  • Transposing information from construction drawings into bar cutting and bending lists for material production and installation
  • Frequently liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure supply continuity of quality steel reinforcing products
  • Understanding the construction process and extracting detailed information from construction drawings
  • Having a hands-on approach that requires a high level of energy, attention to detail and commitment to ensure the client's needs are met
  • Driving and participating in the continual improvement of operational processes and procedures

About your experience - Skills and qualifications

  • Reinforcing scheduling experience is viewed favourably
  • Experience using CAD based scheduling programs
  • Proven track record building positive stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to understand your customer needs and offer technical value-based solutions
  • Co-ordinate scheduling of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Qualifications in construction, structural / civil engineer/quantity surveying or drafting is advantageous
