Job Description

You’ll be providing support and coordination services to the Talent crew, ensuring that the candidate experience is the best it can be! Collaborate closely with members of the Talent crew each day on the coordination and flow of a variety of high-priority searches. You’ll create remarkable candidate experiences that will help us build the future of Finder as we scale!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews for a variety of candidates and roles daily.
  • Supporting our Talent crew with awesome projects to help us find truly remarkable talent to join Finder.
  • Ensuring internal (hiring managers and Talent Partners) requests and incoming candidates' communications are actioned promptly.
  • Facilitating the movement of candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process seamlessly.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks in the talent space, like managing our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
  • Identifying areas for improvement as well as implementing changes that make our team and process better.
  • Helping each candidate to navigate the journey to join Finder, ensuring exceptional candidate experience at each stage.
  • Think creatively think about reinventing the way we identify top talent
  • Promote and support the data-driven talent acquisition approach

  • You're creative and proactive. You anticipate potential problems and create plans proactively. You also can remain flexible in the face of urgent challenges.
  • You have the aptitude to leverage our product, culture, and mission of Finder with candidates throughout the hiring process.   
  • Tact, diplomacy, and professionalism are a way of life for you when you deal with various sensitive situations across the role.
  • Great organization and follow-up skills. Keep candidates updated on their progress and next steps, and be extremely responsive.
  • You are a strong advocate for candidate experience.
  • Prior experience using applicant tracking systems preferred (ideally Greenhouse)
