About your new role

This is a rewarding role that supports the engagement of our people and adds real value to the organisation and the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and dynamic team!

The opportunity:

  • Team Growth: Support our team's ongoing growth by collaborating with leaders to develop learning resources, including e-learning modules and in-person training resources.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Be the primary contact for the distribution and organisation of company information within our knowledge management system.
  • Internal Communication: Play a central role in internal communication, supporting top-down, bottom-up, and peer-to-peer communications and fostering a culture where ideas, feedback, and information circulate freely throughout the business.
  • Platform Administration: Act as the main administrator of our learning, knowledge, and communication platforms, ensuring our team can access the information they need when they need it.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning, knowledge, and company communication through reporting and sharing insights.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Passion for Learning: You are passionate about supporting others in their learning journey and have some experience in developing learning resources or working with learning technology.
  • Content Creation: As a content creator, you can understand and convey messages effectively. You are ready to share innovative ideas to enhance our communication.
  • Confident Communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can apply your creativity and attention to detail to engage our team.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have an interest in learning, knowledge, and communication technology, particularly the Microsoft suite. Your proficiency in these areas ensures our systems operate at their peak effectiveness.
  • Organised and Proactive: You are well-organised and ready to take initiative. You can effectively prioritise tasks, solve problems, and manage the administration of our learning, knowledge, and communication systems.
  • Team Player: You aspire to be an integral part of our team, eager to learn and grow within the business. You are hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about working with others.
