Cadet - Project Administrator null

Working closely within a small team, the Cadet uses a broad range of skills, knowledge, and experience to support the firm in ensuring that projects are supported, administered and the team integrated in their achievement – confidently and successfully. 

Key Accountabilities: 

Ensure that all projects are successfully & administratively resourced and supported through;

• Facilitation and development of project plans from inception to completion
• Ensuring that all functions and processes are undertaken through life of project and monitoring all moving parts to project to align with outcomes
• Proactively assisting the team in all tasks and administration
• Develop budget forecasts – monitoring, maintaining, and identifying emerging issues or risks
• Analyse project data for conformity, risk, or potential opportunity to create value
• Provide support as required to Estimator/others
• Coordinating effectively with sub-contractors & consultants as required
• Attending all meetings and provide administrative support

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

• The Cadet will be either continuing or may have completed a Bachelor degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
