Your role

Evolution encourages innovation and has values where people are empowered to grow and succeed. The following is a general guide to the roles that can be undertaken by a graduate: 

• Fulfil the requirements of the Graduate Program, including attendance at all formal workshops and webinars, and completion of assignments and deliverables to the designated timeframe 
• Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with stakeholders to align with Evolutions Finance & Commercial initiatives. 
• Gain Evolution Mine Site Experience within the Finance & Commercial Function via site placement and exposure. 
• Provide support and assistance within Group Finance in a range of activities. This may include monthly management & quarterly ASX reporting, financial accounting, statutory reports and shared services including the accounts payable process 
• Provide support and assistance within Group Commercial in a range of activities. This may include group tendering and procurement process, running a tender process, annual strategic and operational planning cycle

You will be exposed to on-the-job learning, an individual development plan, a strong support network, and ownership of real work projects from day one. You will have the opportunity to learn technical and business skills from a technical leader who will oversee your development and provide guidance.

Should you successfully fulfil all requirements of the two-year Graduate Program, you will be offered a permanent role in the business. Their extensive support network will work together with you to finalise your permanent location and position, aligned to your skills, interests and business needs. This is based on criteria including meeting individual performance standards and participating in all aspects of the graduate program.

About you

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Commerce (Majoring in Finance), Business, Law, Economics or similar degree within the last 3 years 
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities within a demanding environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Innovative skills and the ability to think outside the box 
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills 
• Strong attention to detail; with an eye for detail
