Your role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will assist the Talent Acquisition Lead (TAL) to secure exceptional talent to support the Esri Australia Group to achieve ongoing success.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to job enquiries – over the phone and by email.
  • Drafting and arranging placement of job advertisements through our RMS.
  • Conducting initial phone and video screening of candidates.
  • Arranging interviews.
  • Organising pre-employment checks.
  • Drafting employment contracts (from provided templates). 
  • Assisting the HR team with other administrative tasks as required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will also bring: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in an associated business discipline (e.g. HR, Business).
  • Minimum of one year of successful experience in an in-house recruitment role.
  • Experience with and ability to learn about contemporary talent acquisition packages – ideally SuccessFactors (RMS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and others. 
  • Understanding of talent acquisition sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.). 
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • Strong administration skills and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of media.
  • A highly organised approach to work and the ability to multi-task, whilst working calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
  • Attitude and behaviour align with Esri Australia’s core values.
