Your role

Launch your IT career with the Technology Graduate Program!

You'll be tasked with efficiently managing incidents and service requests, providing support to end-users, and collaborating with IT service desk, application, and cybersecurity support teams. Some of the main technologies that we use include Pure Storage, Rubrik & Polaris Data Management, Darktrace, Mimecast, Crowdstrike, VMWare, Manage Engine, Microsoft 365 & Intune, Microsoft Azure and Salesforce.

About the Role:

• Provide prompt customer support using ITSM tools, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Support software applications to ensure smooth operation and promptly troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor cybersecurity tickets, ensuring prompt action and completion of service requests within SLA.

There will also be opportunities to be involved in organisational & technology projects.
