Our Order Management Specialists are integral to Dicker Data's success and the trusted service that we provide to our valued partner base of over 6,000 resellers.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Process incoming orders via EDI, phone, and email
• Assist with order queries, including ETAs, delivery and courier enquires
• Manage order changes, split deliveries, and forward orders
• Resolve order issues and/or escalate to the team leader
• Process customer payments
• Liaise with sales, product managers, warehouse, and couriers to provide the utmost service for our customers.

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver the right outcome
• You are clear, concise and confident in your communication, both written and verbal 
• You can multitask and have strong organisational and prioritisation skills.  You can work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to understand customers’ needs and requirements
• You like problem-solving
• Ability to work well both in a team environment and autonomously.
