Your role

Delta is looking for someone like you to support the Risk and Compliance Team by assisting with the risk management, control and governance processes across our business. You will join a team of professionals ready to grow and develop the skills you have learnt at university within the workplace.

Participate in their 2-year Graduate Development Program. Gain knowledge, skills and experience in Risk and Compliance while working in an essential and ever-changing industry. Work on your professional and personal development and gain mentorship during your time at Delta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor Delta’s risk management plan by providing advice, conducting reviews and preparing reports.
  • Administer Delta’s risk management application by ensuring data is current and the system is maintained to meet the needs of the business.
  • Assist with facilitating various Risk and Compliance Committees.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate Delta’s compliance with laws, regulations and internal obligations and take corrective action where required.
  • Develop, document and evaluate training programs to educate staff and raise awareness of risk management obligations.

About you

Delta is looking for someone with:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislative and internal governance framework affecting business operations
  • Ability to communicate risk and compliance concepts across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Understanding of AS ISO 31000 Risk Management
  • A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development.
