Your role

STEM Aspire is a mentorship program connecting women who are in their final year of studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to women role models within Dell Technologies. University and TAFE students are encouraged to apply.

Dell Technologies' objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​ 

STEM Aspire will take place from October until December 2023 and during this time, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to participate in 1x1 sessions with mentors from our team guiding your career in tech
  • Attend team activities where you are going to meet new colleagues and exchange experiences
  • Opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students

About you
