Your role

Championing ground-breaking presales activities ensuring sales-makers are equipped with the necessary collateral to engage our customers confidently and positioning Dell Technologies as the leading technology global company. The Sales Engineer Analysts possess the technical knowledge of the broad portfolio of solutions and in-depth knowledge of the systems/tools, thus earning the trust of Field Sales and Pre-Sales professionals.

The desired career in Global Presales within Dell Technologies, increase your knowledge in technical solutions and build a good network of colleagues and leaders that will guide and mentor you. As a SE Analyst, you will be responsible for confirming customer requirements, building the required configurations, pricing and finalizing quotes, drawings, Power Calculations and Technical Helpdesk. You will work with Sales, Presales, Bus Ops teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create technical solution quotations, utilizing company systems and tools.
• Provide verbal and written communication with Sales and Presales teams.
• Create Technical Drawings based on the customer’s environment.
• Provide Power and Cooling calculations for customer solutions.
• Proved Technical Helpdesk support.
• Communicate with key internal stakeholders.
• Giveback and Volunteer community work.

• Recent graduate 
• Demonstrated technical aptitude in a field such as engineering, computer science, business, math or applied sciences
