I am satisfied with my pay at Degnan

Pay is very good at the company whilst I am receiving training

Degnan rewards the employees who adds to the organization and constantly improves reasonably. Compared to other Construction Organizations, the pay will be lesser to same position at Degnan as the employees are not expected to work every weekend unlike other Tier 1 Construction Organizations. Although, sometimes employees will be asked to work on weekends without pay.

Yearly pay reviews with opportunities for bonuses

Pay and Bonuses are good and progressive. Cannot give a higher score as my role is quite unique within the business and not sure what the market comparison would be.

Having a company car to take onto site is a good perk to have

60,000 whilst doubling up as a cadetship is amazing

Personally, I was supported by Degnan for my Visa Application to attain Permanent Residency which is important for me. Degnan sponsors any work related expenses for e.g., tickets for work related dinner.
