About the Placement

This internship is with DesignStreet and is facilitated by the CSIRO’s Generation STEM Links program. 

You are creative, innovative and enjoy coding. In this placement you will work with an experienced team of back-end coders to help develop EDMs for clients. Working with the team you will develop and test code, work within a multi-discipline team to integrate Figma designs for distribution to client’s customer’s base.  

Work arrangements 

• Start date: Late November/Early December
• Working arrangement: Part time for 200 hours over 3 months
• Remuneration: $25/hour plus super on a casual contract with the Industry Partner, DesignStreet
• Location: On site - Sydney, NSW

Desired capabilities 

• Able to program with Javascript (HTML, CSS, Boot Strap)
• Experience testing in Litmus
• Able to test and debug code
• Creativity and innovation come naturally to you
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Adobe Suits
• Experience using/integrating with Figma is beneficial but not essential

Requirements 

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be in your penultimate or final year of an undergraduate qualification.
