Concentric has exciting opportunities for OT and Speech Graduates to join our 2023 Allied Health Graduate Program.

As an Allied Health Graduate, we will focus on building your capability and confidence across key areas of your discipline. In the initial stages of the program you’ll assess participants, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and provide support and advice in a person-centred framework.

Our 12-month graduate program has been designed by our highly qualified clinicians and includes comprehensive onboarding, ongoing mentoring, supervision, professional development and a dedicated buddy to support you from day one.

We offer opportunities for our graduates to work flexibly in areas they are passionate about. With structured supervision and training programs, we provide a very supportive multidisciplinary team environment that invests in client centred care.

Through your compassionate nature and enjoyment of helping others you will assist people with disability to achieve significant outcomes that promote independence, quality and the opportunities to pursue their goals and aspirations.
