Enterprise Services is responsible for world-leading application of technology and operations across every single aspect of CommBank – from innovative product platforms for our customers, to essential tools within our business.

We are looking for people to be part of the high performing Engineering teams in one of the largest and most forward thinking technology houses in Australia. You will contribute to our technology and operations innovations within industry-leading teams while you're supported and empowered to navigate and invigorate your career.

Our 18 month program offers a tailored experience with two 9 month rotations. You'll do your first placement in an Engineering team, and can continue to focus on Engineering disciplines or be supported to get involved in our Cyber or Technology teams.

Your development centres around 4 key elements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);
• In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
• Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).
