About the Program

From day one as a Coles graduate, youโ€™ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose, to "helping Australians eat and live better every day". You will be accountable for making decisions in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Our Store Support Centre (SSC), based in Hawthorn East in Melbourne, is the engine room of Coles Group and a dynamic and rewarding place to work.

Our Legal team supports all facets of the Coles and Liquor businesses. Our aim is to be trusted advisors and strategic enablers, delivering services that align with business objectives and protect against legal and reputational risk. We take pride in actively partnering with the business, and in and strategy and are commercially relevant.

Our Safety teamย ensure that team members remain safe whilst at work and that our customers are provided with a safe shopping experience and as a food retailer, ensure the safe handling of our food products.ย ย As a Safety Graduate, you will do this by partnering with all Business Units, Store Development and Operations to ensureย all new concepts and innovations land safely in stores and we engineer out identified risks. If things do go wrong, you will also participate in investigations to understand the root cause and what controls can be implemented to eliminate the risk.ย

Eligibility Criteria: Youโ€™ll be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency at the time of application. For our Store Support Centre Graduate Program, youโ€™ll have completed a Bachelor's Degree before commencing the program.
