Whether face-to-face in our contemporary venues, virtually via our seamless event technologies, or a hybrid of the two, we deliver remarkable corporate event experiences. With the latest technologies, fast internet, incredible venue services, and inspiring hospitality, we make seamless global event delivery effortless.
Our stunning new Brisbane venue is perfectly located in the heart of the CBD. We are seeking to appoint a hands-on, adaptable and solutions-focused individual as our new Floor Coordinator to support the Venue Manager and Operations team in the day-to-day running of the venue.

You will also assist with our F&B offerings and ensure catering meets our clients’ discerning expectations. While the position is predominantly business hours Monday to Friday, some after-hours availability is required depending on the needs of our clients. The position is available for immediate commencement.

On a Day-to-day Level, You Will

  • Manage a high-volume front desk for multiple clients each day
  • Meet & greet clients every morning, ensuring they have everything they need for their event and actioning any additional requests.
  • Ensure the event floors and rooms are in pristine condition before opening each day and are maintained throughout the day.
  • Support the Venue Manager with facilities management requirements
  • Assist with catering operations and general guest services
  • Support the Venue Manager with training and rostering of casual staff members
  • Accurately and effectively use CRM to update event details, input client data, and process invoices

About You

As our ideal candidate, you'll have a range of customer-facing experiences from within hospitality, corporate events, hotels, corporate client services, or the front office environment.

In Addition, You Will

  • Have high-level administration and organizational skills
  • Love working as part of a team – motivating and inspiring those around you
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive with solution-focused problem-solving abilities
  • Remain calm under pressure, and able to make intelligent and effective decisions
