Job Description

As an Account Executive, you're in a junior-level position in the fantastic world of Activation! We'd expect that you've already had a bit of relevant work experience in life – you might have done your time as a Coordinator, you may have studied relevant qualifications, or maybe you're just incredibly passionate about what we do. Either way, you've got the basic stuff covered. The key thing to note is that the role is heavily reliant on someone keen to jump into admin and organization.

Desired Skills and Experience 

You will have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You'll still get lots of daily support and guidance from your Senior Account Manager and Account Director to help prioritize, but you'll start to manage smaller-scale campaigns on your own. Previous agency experience is desirable but not required.

• Well-developed communication skills with consistent attention to detail
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Good team skills including the ability to work alongside and under the direction of multiple people
• Strong organization and time management skills including the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and google documents
• Happy to begin mainly on administrative tasks with some exposure to live projects
• An inherent curiosity along with drive and desire to learn, critique, grow and develop your skill-set
• A confident, pleasurable and enthusiastic approach to your day-to-day work management
