Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

What will you work on? 

Building a truly data-driven company by supplying our business pods with a constant stream of relevant insights. You will be actively driving this vision by: 

• Analyzing our large amounts of user data 
• Participating actively in the development of our products 
• Helping us build a kick-ass data team 

As a Junior BI Analyst, you will get to: 

• Drive decisions every day with the insights you gather from our data
• Conduct cohort, funnel and in-page analytics to help improve our product
• Design, build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools
• Monitor product feature adoption, usage, and user engagement 
• Work closely with our customer research team to combine quantitative with qualitative analyses 

What do we expect from you? 

• At least Bachelor Degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) 
• Have 1-2 years of relevant working experience (can be through internships)
• Proficient in SQL and Excel 
• Some experience in building reports/dashboards on large datasets 
• You solve math puzzles for fun 
• A strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude 
• Comfortable with being critical and speaking your mind 
• Be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• You constantly push yourself to improve and learn new things
