Graduate Test Analysis null

We are looking for a Graduate Test Analyst with a strong passion for driving quality assurance and innovation through a combination of sound judgement and out of the box thinking. A great entry-level role for new talent to enter the market with a passion for testing.

As a core member of the Test team, reporting to a Senior Test Analyst, you will thrive on reviewing and contributing to creating, developing and implementing test deliverables. A typical day will also involve some of the following activities:

• Be involved in daily stand-ups and requirement walkthroughs
• Ensure that test requirements are traceable back to business requirements 
• Design, create, maintain and execute test case suites
• Validation of reported issues
• Documenting defects that have been identified
• Identify required improvements in the test and development processes

Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

• You have a real desire and passion to accelerate and commence your career in the Testing space
• Ideally you have completed a bachelor's degree in I.T or related relevant field
• Strong verbal and written communication to enable you to build relationships with ease
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a culture where you will be stretched and equally supported
• Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
• Aptitude for continuous self-learning and a natural at solving problems
• An entry level understanding of risk-based and high value testing
• Understands SDLC methodologies, especially Agile development practices
