Your role

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support relating to published policies and routine HR practices
  • Participate in HR activities as requested and required e.g., salary review, year-end activities, performance management
  • Act as the first point of contact for ER/IR requests and advice. Interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements
  • You shall support the HR manager in managing non-complex conflict resolution, investigations and mediation activities
  • Your responsibility also includes liaising with key internal stakeholders, including HR Managers, Recruitment, Learning and HR Services
  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements, and standards

About you

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Degree in Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management / Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members
  • You possess strong communication skills with an aptitude for learning
  • Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies and advice
  • Open for fresh graduates who are looking for long term career progression or for seasoned HR recruitment professionals looking for an entry level generalist role
