Your role

As a Customer Service Officer based in our Port Macquarie office, you will attend to all customer queries, open accounts for new customers, process LPG Orders, customer payments, deliveries, and input manual sales dockets. You will also ensure that all orders are passed on to transport for timely delivery and that all administration functions are carried out efficiently.

Your Responsibilities will include:  

  • Provide outstanding telephone skills
  • Identify and convert opportunities to drive sales growth and maximize customer retention
  • Proactively promote product campaigns and value add services
  • Processing of sales orders, stock control, reports, and inquiry resolution
  • Accounts Payable duties and general administration duties
