Your role

Here are some of your responsibilities as a Human Resources Administrator:

  • Onboarding of new joiners (contracts, reference checking, HR system set up, including interns and agency contractors)
  • Contract variations, extensions (e.g. promotions, transfers etc.)
  • Employee leave administration and reporting (e.g. annual leave, maternity leave)
  • Offboarding (e.g. leavers, systems administration and notification etc.)
  • Support with mobility and immigration coordination.
  • Prepare materials for employees and managers
  • Update records and maintain proper filing systems (e.g. Chris21 payroll, MyDevelopment training records etc.)
  • HR Intranet content management
  • HR Group incoming mail/ email mailbox, and first point of contact for Adhoc queries
  • Expense claim management and gift registry coordination for the Human Resources team.
  • Assist with HR Controls and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits and compensation administration.
