Your role

Here are some of your responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Global Macro business line in Sydney.
  • Specifically, learn about and support including:
    • The collection of corporate deposits
    • FXLM and G10 rate trade bookings and post-trade processing
    • FXLM and G10 rate products and how these products are distributed to clients
    • The production of internal and client presentations
    • General financial analysis
    • Responding to client RFP
    • Credit exposure modeling
    • The production of credit support memos
    • Providing any other material required by external and internal clients 
    • The maintenance of databases
  • Ultimately, build the skill set required to become a junior global macro salesperson

About you

What they look for:

  • A recent graduate, final year undergraduate, or master’s student in any discipline
  • Possess a GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline
  • Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven thinking, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in the latest finance topics as well as market trends
