Your role

The role is to support the Customer Support Aftersales Marketing team within several areas of marketing from POS to digital and direct customer communication. 

In this role

  • You will be responsible for supporting strategic Aftersales campaigns and initiatives to assist in obtaining key BMW Group Aftersales business objectives in the following areas: Genuine Parts, Service, Accessories & Lifestyle. 
  • You will be responsible for supporting in the development of campaign briefs for advertising agencies and bulletins for the dealer network on Aftersales Ownership Experience topics.
  • You will be responsible for Daily monitoring of Dealer Inbox to provide CI feedback on dealer-developed marketing collateral.  
  • You will drive the maintenance of Aftersales marketing materials at Marketing Warehouse – creating new product codes, printing, storage, stock destruction, despatches to dealers, etc.  

Training & development

About you

Qualifications & Experience         

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing/business or IT field is preferable.
  • General marketing experience – at least two to three years.  
  • CRM and database management experience are preferable.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively
  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Well-developed mathematical, analytical, and research skills.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
