This role works independently and with a high level of attention to detail.
As a support role within the financial service delivery team, this role provides quality and first-class customer service to clients. This role supports the advice team to ensure accuracy of record keeping, implementation and delivering on all client’s needs. This role has a genuine commitment to the values of our client and to their philosophy of wealth creation.
Top accountabilities:
- Attend client meetings and collect minutes and action items as required.
- Support the client life cycle as requested by the team.
- Maintain active client file.
- Xplan – super user, responsible for updating information and providing modelling support to the adviser group.
- Commence implementation, including preparation of advice documents.
