Managers are happy to accommodate time for meetings if you ever need help. Feedback and recognition has been provided with appropriate reasoning and discussions. I have been able to develop a problem-solving, can-do attitude with the support of my managers

As previously mentioned, organisational structures are flat, making it easy to access managers. Bunzl is a very busy business, but people will always make time for you if you ask. I have already gained a number of awesome mentors that will help me to develop my future career. Now in a full-time role I have weekly meetings with my manager and KPIs that we will review together. Managers are quick to praise at Bunzl, both formally and informally.

I feel safe and comfortable with the managers here. They treat me with respect and are positive. They don't criticise you for making mistakes and are lavish in their praise and recognition. The managers I've gotten to know do make good mentors and I find them to be very accessible.

The flat structure allows for constant communication with managers regarding projects and day-to-day tasks. My managers regularly check-in to discuss my performance and are available to give feedback.
