The Bega Graduate Experience 

We are excited to announce the Bega Graduate Program will open for applications in March 2022.

We are currently inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team at the Bega.

Working on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team as well as engaging in challenging and meaningful projects, Bega graduates will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, Bega business acumen, and personal opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will also benefit from mentoring as well as the support of a dedicated buddy to help you make the most of the program. Highlights of the program include innovative workshops, creating a professional network across the Bega Group nationally, and bringing fresh ideas to the Bega.

Finance Graduate

  • Gain valuable experience within a large scale and dynamic FMCG business
  • Learn how to business partner closely with key functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value, reduce cost, increase efficiency, and set priorities for the function
  • Work with functional stakeholders in support of business cases to provide data and insights
  • Gain exposure to large business reporting, budgeting, forecasting and contribute to managing month-end process
  • Role based in Docklands 3008 VIC alternatively could be based in Tatura 3616 VIC or Bega 2550 NSW
