The work varies quite a lot. Sometimes it can be very interesting and fast paced which is great however there are also time when it is very slow, there is little to do and it is hard to stay motivated

The total working hours are 40 per week, and they are flexible. I can start early and finish early, or work more on one day and less on another.
Cons
I am not spending enough time on projects at this stage.
The current office we are in is outdated, however, when we move to the new office I believe the amenities will be better.
Inconvenience getting to the office.
More connections with other grads.
Due to the expansion of the company, there can be periods of downtime where there isn't enough work to keep everyone fully occupied.
