Your role

As a Proposals Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing ITT documents and creating the 'Bid Submission Register' to identify document owners and due dates for all tender inputs, you`ll own and hold the team accountable to this critical activity list. 
  • Set up, administer, and update the online bid submission development tool and file management sites
  • Working closely with the assigned Tender Manager to schedule and minute bid kick-off / weekly review meetings etc
  • Developing and maintaining the commercial and contractual clarification registers, providing insight and input as your experiences allows

About you

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following key capabilities:

  • Demonstrate clear thinking with effective communication at all levels
  • Extremely organised self-starter able to prioritise and manage multiple activities at any given time
  • Good understanding of typical tendering processes from within the oil & gas or similar industry such as mining
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the use of XaitPorter (or similar) tool, SharePoint Online, Salesforce, and a full suite of Microsoft Office products
  • Have knowledge of legal aspects and implications of contracts, terms, and conditions, negotiation, and experience in the identification and articulation of key commercial risks
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Law, Engineering, Business, or other technical or business-related field or equivalent-proven experience in similar roles previously.
  • Be a resilient, driven, and tenacious individual with a track record of achievements in a high-pressured tendering environment
  • Have some knowledge and experience in cost estimating, budgeting and pricing
  • Be a team player and used to working within a large multi-discipline team
