Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support adults with disabilities to enhance communication and independence through therapy and training.
  • Provide expert consultation and collaborate with professionals and the community on occupational therapy strategies.
  • Engage in creative planning for client service plans and team meetings.
  • Ensure accurate NDIS billing aligned with clients' NDIA plans.
  • Uphold ethical practices in client care and professional conduct.
  • Mentor staff and share knowledge to foster a learning culture.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
  • Ability to deliver therapy in person and via telehealth for various living activities.
  • Knowledge of current treatment practices and a commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in training, supervision, and support for diverse stakeholders.
  • Skills in tracking and billing time in a Client Management System.
  • Strong communication skills to convey assessed needs and recommendations.
