  • Supportive working environment.
  • How supportive and welcoming the whole team has been. Being provided an informative induction program with tutorials to follow to support learning and development.
  • Knowledgeable employees and a supportive and caring working environment that places emphasis on helping people, including you, to get most of the life.
  • AAA provides a very supportive environment and well-designed graduate induction program which enables a smooth transition from university to work
  • Wide variety of different areas to explore, positive work culture, great support for a new graduate
  • The work culture is very positive.
  • Currently does not have a clinic in my location.
  • Processes and procedures around home visits and NDIS funding can be challenging when you first start (but that's the same at any company).
  • Need to be motivated to work remotely Need to have a well set up homework space, internet access etc.
  • Having to navigate the NDIS and learning about the different processes/policies - it's taking a while to get used to.
  • It is new and systems are still being polished off

Lots of emails rather than using paper and work from home is another way to save the environment and reduce traffic congestion
